A fall speakeasy series: Jazz singers Sarah Sharp and Joshua Banbury perform alternating nights & cover many musical flavors between them.
Jazz in the Grotto: La Vox is the latest in a marvelous jazz experience staged in the downstairs Grotto of Mozart’s Coffee Roasters .
Paying homage to the giants of the American vocal tapestry with their own artistry, Joshua Banbury and Sarah Sharp stand front in center in an intimate trio setting, spanning the sounds of Blossom Dearie, Johnny Hartman, Ella Fitzgerald, Kurt Elling, with touches of opera, Americana, bebop, soul, and musical theater.
Joshua Banbury hosts 10/25 at 8 pm.
Sarah Sharp hosts 11/01 at 9 pm.
