Garrison Brothers HoneyDew Bourbon: Served neat with a side of fresh honeycomb and white chocolate pieces
App: Prosciutto wrapped cantaloupe, drizzled in honey and topped with crushed walnuts
Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon: Served neat with a side of sliced cinnamon caramel apple, sprinkled with walnuts
Salad: Arugula with shaved pears, crumbled goat cheese, candied walnuts & and orange honey dressing
Garrison Brothers Single Barrel Bourbon: Served neat with a side of apple shortbread
Entree: Choice of Short Rib pasta (braised short rib, pappardelle pasta tossed in our house savory brown sauce)
Or – Lamb Chops (Five chef carved lamb chops served with grilled asparagus & mashed potatoes. Drizzled with coconut curry, sweet Thai chili & beurre blanc)
