Donnis will be taking you through every step of the bourbon-making process as he guides you through an incredible 5-course meal prepared by the Ida Claire Team. He and Sims will teach you everything you need to know about nosing and tasting fine bourbon whiskey, then y’all can drink it however you’d like!
