Mill Scale Culinary at Hotel Vegas Weekend Pop Up – Friday

Mill Scale Culinary will be doing their first official pop-up at Hotel Vegas & Volstead on February 24th-25th.
Chef Max Frisbie will be curating a special menu for both days of the pop-up

* Seasoned Fries
* Smoked and Fried Wings – Garlic Parmesan Dry Rub or Buffalo with Jalapeno Ranch
* Pulled Pork Walking Taco – Kettle Chips, Sharp Cheddar, Salsa Verde

Every menu item will feature components cooked with open-fire equipment fabricated by Mill Scale Metalworks. Giving a unique twist to these classic dishes.
