Opening Reception: 40 Years of Día de los Muertos

The Mexic-Arte Museum invites you to the opening reception for 40 Years of Día de los Muertos, on Friday, September 22, 2023 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Mexic-Arte Museum is excited to announce its upcoming exhibition this fall: 40 Years of Día de los Muertos. This exhibit presents an impressive collection of artworks created by artists with an intimate connection to the Mexic-Arte Museum and the Austin community. The exhibition will be on view at the Mexic-Arte Museum from September 22-January 7, 2024.
The exhibition will begin with an opening reception on September 22, 2023 from 6-9 p.m. Guests will be able to enjoy music, a special poetry reading from La Catrina y Posada, and refreshments.
