Summer Wellness on the Water Series

A series of weekly sunset cooldown, meditative and fitness experiences on the water, brought to you by a local Austin business.
Summer Wellness Wednesdays at Rowing Dock!
Y’all! It’s officially Summer, which means it’s HOT and we all need some weekly self-care. During select Wednesday evenings over the Summer, Rowing Dock has partnered with local, beloved fitness and wellness-focused instructors to offer you all a series of outdoor wellness experiences on our dock, with Lady Bird Lake and the Austin sunset as your backdrop. From yoga and meditation to sculpt, barre and pilates, there is a class for everyone! Some of the events will be paired with live DJs, eats and treats, and local vendors offering wellness services.

Event Time & Check-In
All events in this series will begin promptly at 8:00 pm. Check-in for all events will begin at 7:30 pm and will end at 7:55 pm to ensure all guests have time to get set up and comfortable on the dock before the class begins. Guests who arrive late may not be allowed to jump in the class if it will disrupt the flow of other guests.
** Parking is available in the dedicated lot at Rowing Dock . Additional parking is available along Stratford Drive and underneath the Mopac Bridge.
Experience Details
Gentle Vinyasa Flow with Collette & Live Music by DJ Cassandra
Class Dates: June 23rd, July 14th, and August 11th
Join Collette Ouseley-Moynan for a candlelit gentle vinyasa flow class at Rowing Dock. DJ Cassandra will complement the experience with soothing, meditative jams. There will be a surprise treat/gift for you at the end of the class and you’ll have time to sit on the dock and enjoy the beauty of Lady Bird Lake after sunset. Bring a friend, sweat it out, and ease into the end of your week with this relaxing experience.
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel or blanket for added comfort.
Pilates with Caitlin Fennessy from Peach House Pilates

Caitlin Fennessy is the owner and master instructor of Peach House Pilates, voted No. 1 Pilates studio and instructor in Austin! Peach House focuses on integrative strength training and intentional self-care. Join us for a specially curated pilates class on the dock with Lady Bird Lake as your backdrop!
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
Sculpt with Braelyn Bianchi
Class Dates: July 21st & August 25th
Join Braelyn Bianchi for a bodyweight sculpt class which combines moves from pilates fusion, yoga, and hit training. Class will focus on core and glute activation with bursts of cardio to maximize calorie burn. Come ready to sweat and party to a fire edm/hip hop playlist!
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle.
