This is not a mixology seminar - it is a seminar to learn about fine spirits (consumed neat or straight).
COVID 19 Teaching Methodology: Guard in place between students. Sanitizer Station for each Student.
- COVID19 clause: Because of the nature of tasting environments, the use of masks invalidates their purpose, so wearing a mask is not compulsory, but optional - but be sure to be masked before being seated. Temperature checks will be done before seating. Liability Waiver will be asked to be signed prior to seating.
Level 2 Advanced Fine Spirits Course curriculum covers: Brandies, Whiskies, Vodka, Tequila, Mezcal, Sotol, Gin, Rum, Absinthe, Cordials & Liqueurs and Formal Fine Spirits Sommelier Service - to be scheduled for 2022.
